Process description:
The ZS series products are suitable for the treatment of domestic sewage in hotels, restaurants, apartments, government offices, scientific research institutions, colleges and universities, large cultural and sports facilities, scenic spots, stations, docks, military units, industrial and mining enterprises, hospitals and other places within the city. They can also be used for the treatment of other industrial wastewater that can be biodegraded. The treated wastewater meets the national standard GB3978-88 for comprehensive sewage discharge and the CJ25.1-89 standard for domestic miscellaneous water quality set by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development, and can be discharged or reused.
The ZS series products integrate contact oxidation tank, inclined plate sedimentation tank, filter tank, disinfection tank, and backwash box. They have a compact structure, small footprint, fast installation, high efficiency, low energy consumption, and are easy to operate. Starting the backwash water pump can achieve backwashing of the filter tank.
The process flow adopted by ZS series products: sewage first enters the pre aeration regulating tank, then enters the contact oxidation tank through the water pump, and then enters the filter tank. After water filtration, it is stored in the water tank. When the water storage capacity of the water tank exceeds the backwash water demand of the filter tank, the treatment equipment automatically supplies purified water to the outside. This equipment adopts pre filtration chlorine addition, with a controlled residual chlorine content of 0.5-1.0mg/l.
